The short answer
How we reviewed it
We reviewed ClickFunnels’ official pricing page and plan grid on Oct 8, 2026, and we note where the page leaves something unclear. We haven’t run funnels or client work on ClickFunnels for this review, so we don’t make claims about day-to-day speed, support quality or reliability. If that changes, we’ll say so here.

The real all-in cost. The plan price steps up as you hit limits on contacts, email sends, courses and stores. The pricing page doesn’t list payment-processing fees, so check those with ClickFunnels and your payment processor before you build a budget. We don’t give an all-in dollar figure because it depends on which limits you reach.
What the entry plan leaves out
Per ClickFunnels’ plan grid, Launch doesn’t include automations, advanced workflows, calendars, appointments, webhook and API access, the custom code editor, conversion boosters, countdown funnels, the Affiliate Center or branding removal. Automations, calendars and API access start on Scale at $197/mo. Scale still lacks advanced workflows and the Affiliate Center. If you need those, price the plan you actually need, not the $97 headline.
What ClickFunnels does well
- Funnels are the center. Unlimited funnels, pages and visitors on every plan, so you aren’t metered on traffic.
- Limits are visible up front. The plan grid shows contacts, email sends, courses and stores per plan, so you can see where you’ll land.
- No percentage of your sales. Its pricing FAQ says you keep every penny you make. Payment processors still charge their own fees.
- A money-back window. A 14-day trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee, per its pricing page.
Downsides to know about
- No free plan. The pricing page lists none, so you’re on $97/mo or $81/mo billed annually once you start.
- The entry plan is trimmed. Automations, calendars and API access start on the second plan.
- Caps by plan. Contacts, emails, courses and stores are capped, so growth means upgrading.
- Client accounts are limited. Workspaces are 1, 5, 10 or 20 by plan, and the top plan is $5,997/yr, annual only.
- Unclear on a few details. The pricing page doesn’t say whether a card is required for the trial, what happens when it ends, or when the 30-day guarantee window starts. Confirm those at signup.
Who should choose ClickFunnels
- You sell your own products, courses or one main offer and want funnels at the center.
- You want email, courses and a store under one plan price, with limits you can see up front.
- You like having a money-back window on top of a trial.
Who should skip ClickFunnels
- You manage many client accounts. Compare GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels first.
- You need automations, calendars or API access and don’t want to start above $97/mo.
- You only need landing pages and already have email and a CRM elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
How much does ClickFunnels cost?
Launch is $97/mo ($81/mo billed annually), Scale is $197/mo ($164/mo annually), Optimize is $297/mo ($248/mo annually), and Dominate is $5,997/yr, annual only. Verified Oct 8, 2026.
Is ClickFunnels worth it?
It depends on what you’re selling. If funnels, courses and a store for your own offers are the whole job, the plan grid fits that well. If you need client accounts, automations on the entry plan or a free tier, it’s a weaker fit. We haven’t run it ourselves, so test it during the trial with one real funnel.
Does ClickFunnels have a free trial?
Its pricing page advertises a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The page doesn’t say whether a card is required at signup, so check the signup screen before you enter anything. Verified Oct 8, 2026.
Does ClickFunnels take a percentage of my sales?
Its pricing FAQ says no: “You’ll keep every penny you make.” Payment processors still charge their own fees, and the pricing page doesn’t list them, so check those separately.
Can I remove ClickFunnels branding?
Its plan grid lists branding removal only on the Dominate plan ($5,997/yr). If white label is part of your plan, confirm the details with ClickFunnels first.
Our verdict
ClickFunnels is a solid fit if you sell your own offers and want funnels, email, courses and a store under one plan with limits you can see. It’s a weaker fit for client work, or if you need automations and API access without moving up from the entry plan. Test it with one real funnel during the trial, and compare it with GoHighLevel if client accounts matter.
